Private equity at Ilanga Capital, where he sat on the investment committee and co-led the raising of over €200M in debt and equity for build-from-scratch platforms. Deputy CFO of Restaurant Brands Iberia across a 500-restaurant network. Manager of a multi-asset family office. Co-founder of Mad Land, a top-two immersive venue worldwide at TERPECA 2025. Double degree in Law and Business (Major in Finance) from ICADE, top of his class.

Borja Chávarri Vargas

Two decades in private banking and wealth management for high-net-worth families at Bankinter and Banco Banif, advising on global portfolios across private equity, real estate, real-economy stakes, and alternatives. He led financing and wealth and tax structuring across those mandates. He anchors our relationships with the families and individuals who co-invest deal by deal. Backed by formal M&A and private-equity training (ONEtoONE Capital Partners; M&A and PE programme at IEB). Degree in Economics, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

We build each deployment with an operating team that has run a business in that sector. We pick them for the thesis. Often we identify them during the deal process itself, when we know what the platform actually needs. They join early and stay through the build-up. They are the bridge between capital and the floor, and the reason a deal is proven before it ever reaches the market.
